This policy explains how BUILT72 handles information when you visit built72.com, request an evaluation, communicate with us, or purchase a project.

1. Who controls your information

BUILT72 is a trading brand operated by Norbert Fazekas in Hungary. For the information described in this policy, Norbert Fazekas is the data controller unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to info@built72.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

• name, company name, email address, phone number, and current website;
• trade, service area, package interest, project goals, budget, timeline, and message content;
• business content, images, branding, account access, and feedback needed to perform a project;
• billing contact, business name, transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, and package information supplied through Stripe; and
• emails and other communications with us.

BUILT72 does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe collects and processes payment credentials on its hosted checkout.

Information collected automatically

When you use the website, we and our service providers may collect IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, operating system, referrer, pages viewed, links or buttons used, form and checkout events, timestamps, and security or diagnostic logs. We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Cloudflare Web Analytics to manage and measure these interactions.

3. Why we use information

• to answer inquiries and provide free website evaluations;
• to prepare a scope, perform a contract, deliver the project, and provide support;
• to create checkout sessions, confirm payments, prevent fraud, issue receipts, and maintain transaction records;
• to understand website performance, improve content and conversion flow, and measure marketing;
• to secure the website, prevent spam and abuse, troubleshoot errors, and enforce our terms; and
• to meet accounting, tax, legal, and regulatory obligations.

4. Legal bases

Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we process information as necessary to take steps at your request and perform a contract; to comply with legal obligations; for legitimate interests such as responding to business inquiries, securing the service, preventing fraud, and improving our business; and, where required, based on your consent for nonessential cookies or marketing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

5. Cookies and analytics

The website and its providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, or similar technology for security, checkout, session operation, analytics, and—if later enabled—advertising measurement. Google Analytics can record page views, scrolling, outbound clicks, and BUILT72 events such as evaluation starts, generated leads, and checkout starts.

You can restrict cookies through your browser and use privacy or ad controls offered by the relevant provider. Blocking technology may reduce measurement or affect some site functions. Where applicable law requires permission before nonessential tracking, we will request that permission through the consent controls presented to you.

6. Service providers and sharing

We disclose only the information reasonably required for providers to perform services for us, including:

• Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery, security, rate limiting, logs, and web analytics;
• Stripe for checkout, payment processing, fraud prevention, receipts, refunds, and transaction records;
• Resend for delivery of website-form and payment-notification emails;
• Google for Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4; and
• Namecheap Private Email for the BUILT72 business mailbox.

We may also share information with professional advisers, authorities when legally required, or a successor in a business reorganization. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not disclose contact-form details to unrelated businesses for their own direct marketing.

7. International transfers

Our providers may process information in the United States, European Economic Area, or other countries. When required, transfers are supported by an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or another legally recognized safeguard. Provider privacy notices explain their own transfer practices.

8. Retention

We keep evaluation inquiries and ordinary sales correspondence for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction unless a longer period is needed for a continuing relationship or legal claim. Project, contract, invoice, and payment records are retained for the period required by applicable accounting, tax, and legal rules. Analytics and security data follow the retention settings of the relevant provider. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably needed.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS, access controls, managed payment checkout, request limits, and signed payment notifications. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passwords or sensitive credentials by ordinary email unless we have agreed on an appropriate method.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; to withdraw consent; and to complain to a data-protection authority. These rights may be limited where retention or processing is legally required. Email info@built72.com with enough information to identify your request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

11. Children

This business website is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

12. Changes and contact
