Terms of Service
Effective date: September 1, 2026
These Terms govern website design, development, website-rescue, analytics, and launch-support services supplied under the BUILT72 brand. By approving a written scope or making a project payment, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who provides the service
BUILT72 is a trading brand operated by Norbert Fazekas in Hungary ("BUILT72," "we," "us," or "our"). Contact us at info@built72.com. Our services are primarily offered to contractors, tradespeople, and other business customers.
2. Project scope and order of documents
Your project is defined by the package description on this website together with any written evaluation, proposal, email, or scope that we both approve. A later, specifically agreed written scope takes priority over a general website description if they conflict.
- 72-Hour Website: a focused one-page contractor website, quote-request form, mobile and desktop layout, and one focused revision round within the agreed scope.
- Advanced Build: everything in the 72-Hour Website, expanded to as many as five customized pages with search-ready page structure, analytics tracking, and two focused revision rounds within the agreed scope.
- Pro Build + Marketing: everything in Advanced Build plus agreed business social profile setup, Meta Business and Ads Manager setup, conversion tracking setup, and three launch-ready ad concepts with copy and creative.
- The optional New Domain + Business Email Setup includes a standard domain for the first year up to $25, one business email inbox for the first year, connection, and account handoff. Renewals are the customer's responsibility.
- Advertising spend, domain and email renewals, paid software, premium assets, ongoing marketing, and third-party subscriptions are excluded unless the written scope says otherwise.
Requests outside the agreed scope are change requests. We will explain any additional fee or schedule change before performing that extra work.
3. Timing and the 72-business-hour target
The 72-business-hour delivery target applies to the standard 72-Hour Website package and means the agreed website will be ready for review or delivery—not that third-party domain, advertising, or account approvals are guaranteed within that time. The clock starts only after:
- the written scope is approved;
- the applicable payment has cleared;
- we have received all reasonably required copy, images, branding, account access, and instructions; and
- you have identified one authorized decision-maker.
Revisions, added scope, delayed feedback, missing materials, third-party approvals, service outages, or events outside our reasonable control can extend the schedule. We will communicate material timing changes.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and materials you have the right to use. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your claims, licenses, service descriptions, testimonials, offers, contact details, and any industry-specific notices. You must protect credentials shared for the project and promptly revoke access that is no longer needed.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown and charged in U.S. dollars unless we agree otherwise. Stripe processes card payments. Advertised package prices and the optional domain-and-email setup are charged as one-time payments at checkout. Any later change request, third-party cost, renewal, or ongoing service requires separate approval and payment.
You are responsible for applicable taxes, bank charges, and currency-conversion costs not collected directly at checkout. We may pause work or withhold final delivery while an undisputed payment is overdue.
6. Revisions, approval, and delivery
A revision round means one consolidated set of reasonable changes to work already included in scope. A new page, feature, integration, campaign, concept, or material direction change is not a revision and may require a change order.
You should review drafts promptly and identify issues before final approval. A project is considered delivered when the agreed files or live website are made available after full payment. If you do not respond for 30 days after a written request for feedback, we may archive the project and quote a restart fee before resuming.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms. In general, unearned amounts are refundable, while completed work, reserved production time already used, delivered work, and nonrecoverable third-party costs are not. Nothing in these Terms removes any non-waivable legal right.
8. Ownership and portfolio use
You retain ownership of materials you supply. After full payment, you own the final custom website design, project-specific copy, and code created specifically for your approved project, except for the background materials described below.
We and our licensors retain ownership of pre-existing templates, frameworks, general methods, reusable components, fonts, stock media, software, know-how, and third-party materials. Those items remain subject to their applicable licenses, but we grant or arrange the rights reasonably required to use the delivered website.
We may identify and display the completed project in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to do so before launch or a separate confidentiality agreement prevents it. We will not present concept work as measured client results.
9. Third-party services
Domains, hosting, payment processors, analytics, advertising platforms, email tools, plugins, and other third-party services operate under their own terms, pricing, availability, and privacy practices. We are not responsible for a third party's outage, account suspension, policy change, or decision, but we will provide reasonable launch assistance within the agreed scope.
10. Results and warranties
We will perform the services with reasonable professional care. We do not guarantee search ranking, lead volume, revenue, advertising approval, conversion rate, or a specific commercial result. Estimates, concept demonstrations, placeholders, and launch-checklist targets are not verified performance claims.
If delivered work materially fails to match the agreed scope, notify us with sufficient detail within 14 days after delivery. Our first remedy will be a reasonable attempt to correct the scoped issue. We do not warrant problems caused by later edits, unsupported third-party changes, misuse, or materials supplied by you.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business opportunity. Our total liability arising from a project will not exceed the amount you paid us for that project. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability caused by fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-excludable conduct.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without excluding any mandatory protection that legally applies in your location. Before filing a claim, both parties agree to make a good-faith attempt to resolve the issue by emailing info@built72.com. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear unresolved disputes.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms for future orders by posting a new effective date. The version accepted when your order is placed continues to govern that project unless we both agree otherwise in writing. Questions may be sent to info@built72.com.
